A thriving Goodlettsville employer seeks experienced customer service rep to interface with repeat business customers via incoming telephone calls. Will be assisting with entering orders, securing P.O. #s, clarifying specifications, staging orders in system, and following up on shipping scheduling. In working with repeat customers, youll use your dynamic personality to help retain business and create a positive working relationship. Will need to be able to problem solve, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and listen carefully. Need to have basic computer skills and a great attitude!
This is a Temp to Hire position (NOT temp).

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
