Summary:
Under minimal direction, supports all programs related to the operations of the CSR department.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Reviews grant applications, provides grant recommendations & analysis for the board of directors, and makes grant decisions.
Supports large grant initiatives with project management to keep programs on track to meet deadlines and outcomes.
Coordinates CSR activities for grants including check presentations, grant announcement events, donor appreciation efforts and other outreach events as needed.
Supports the Employee Assistance Foundation including answering phone calls and processing applications.
Supports the employee community giving campaign implementation, presentations, and data entry.
Coordinates, leads, and tracks employee volunteer initiatives.
Coordinates grant mailings and supports all aspects of DGLF:
grant deadlines, announcements, online grant management platform and grant applications.
Supports both Foundations with financial data entry and check processing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or marketing required, and two to three years experience in corporate contributions, community relations or a non-profit organization preferred.
Another degree may be substituted with the appropriate amount and type of experience.
