Greeting patients and answering the phone Scheduling appointments with patients Check patients in and out as needed.
Entering patient demographics, insurance information, and other information into the EMR system.
Checking patients in out as needed.
Filing patient charts.
Scanning/faxing documents as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
