Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they approach the counter.
Assist customers with the menu and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
Take orders while paying attention to details.
Accurately follow recipes to consistently deliver excellent food items.
Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards).
Keep the food cases, prep areas & equipment clean.
Report issues with equipment in a timely manner.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
