Summary:
Responsible for implementation of shelf management planograms and merchandising for the total store of our members.
Provides consultation to members stores concerning, store layout, and total store merchandising.
Supervises vendors and AWG staff at re-set:
prioritizes jobs and work load as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for carrying out re-set plans to meet the completion deadline.
Participates in the necessary analysis and planning to assure that the merchandising objective, priorities and profitability for members are met in a timely manner.
Interacts with lead supervisor and sales managers to assist in upgrading the existing store format.
Create merchandising layout among storeowners, Store Engineering and Member Services Department.
Works with Retail Systems to generate shelf tags and signage.
Responsible for schematic compliance.
Responsible for the coordination of supervision of the vendors at the time of resets.
Follows through with the re-set schedule to accommodate construction phases of new stores and/or remodels.
Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Member Services.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Degree or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
