The ideal candidate must also demonstrate excellent observation & communication skills, be proficient in the knowledge and use of camera/PC equipment (I.
e video monitoring, live incident tracking, & retrieving recorded images), complete and organize required paperwork for retention according to the company's records requirements, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
