This position will be responsible for scheduling, confirming appointments, answering phones, welcoming and checking in patients, collecting payments from patients and insurance companies, insurance verification, treatment presentation, patient billing, aging report, and other general office duties.
We are looking for someone that is friendly, outgoing, organized, a multi-tasker, a hard worker, and has great communication skills that can build rapport with our amazing patients, staff, and insurance carriers, and most importantly customer-orientated.
Our practice is open Monday - Wednesday from 7:
45 am to 5 pm, Thursday from 11:
45 am to 7 pm, and Friday from 7:
45 am to 2 pm.
Previous dental office experience is preferred.
