Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Keeping grounds, sidewalks, breezeways, dumpster areas free of trash and debris on a daily basis Pressure washing breezeways, stairways, landings, and sidewalks as needed Replacing outdoor lights as needed Delivering resident correspondence as needed Watering of trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed Other tasks as needed to assist Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (but are not limited to) janitorial, grounds keeping and light maintenance for the community.
