Order Management & Logistics Systems Manager Goodlettsville, TN The primary duty of this full-time position is to expedite the transaction of orders through the warehouse processing systems.
Coordinators provide information and resolve issues with internal and external departments, third party logistics providers, and warehouse associates.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the ability to:
Review and virtually process incoming orders from various sales channels, make changes as needed (i.
e.
address changes, shipping service, package size, etc.
) Place and virtually transmit internal orders for Jeni's retail locations Create and print shipping labels for specialty orders, and ensure all shipments have proper service/postage.
Virtually deplete and/or reconcile shipped inventory in ERP software Print packing slips, attach gift messages, and move to shipping floor in manageable waves.
Actively manage order statuses in system.
Virtually close daily batches of orders.
Correspond with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide clear warehouse/shipping information as requested.
Export spreadsheet data from systems, compiling and reporting on findings.
Root cause order issues in systems as needed.
Perform general weekly audit of e-commerce inventories to ensure accuracy.
Have ability to trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery with various software and suppliers.
Meet daily goals as outlined by Department Manager/Supervisor.
Maintains working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies, and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
High level of attention to detail.
Willingness to regularly adapt and look for process improvement.
Strong ability to multitask.
Ability to perform with a team to achieve goals.
Reliable attendance M-F and arrive to work on-time.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience with data entry, EDI, inventory management, general warehousing operations preferred, but not required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience in data entry, warehouse operations, and/or inventory management, preferred.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word, preferred.
Prior ERP, WMS, and/or Order Management system experience preferred Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Working in office of fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent interruptions.
Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
