We are currently seeking a skilled person to join our team helping with Accounts Payable and Fleet Maintenance.
In this position, you will be responsible for entering and scheduling the maintenance records for our fleet of 650 vehicles into our operating system.
This position also includes entering all new vehicle data , issuing purchase orders for all registrations and services, and handling all the account payables for each.
This person will also reconcile all fuel receipts for all vehicles on a weekly basis.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in an automotive or heavy equipment setting - Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, invoicing, and record keeping, as well as a working knowledge of Excel and Word programs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills If you have the skills and experience necessary for this position, we would love to hear from you.
