Must be able to work quickly and independently.
Must be willing to learn the company's procedures in billing and be able to follow the procedures.
Responsibilities AIA Contract Billings Progress Billing Time and Materials Billing Filing Copying Soft Collections on Past Due Research on projects Payment/Invoice Resolutions Inter-company Billing-communicate with other offices and employees as needed for billings Using multiple construction management programs.
Minimum Requirements Completed degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Prefer a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Advanced Excel Skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, reporting Exceptional attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills Willing to learn new billing procedures and adapt to these procedures.
