SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience that follows the Boot Barn Mission, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. Partner with the management team to assist with staff development, and all store operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining the Boot Barn standards, product knowledge, and all other components of customer service
Maintain and achieve measureable goals including: sales per hour (SPH), units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), customer email capture rates, and Boot Barn Rewards.
Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and current advertisements
Actively seek new ways to improve metrics by partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Partner with management team to learn and understand all leadership processes and procedures
Demonstrate leadership through initiative and delegation of task between sales and leadership team
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, set up sales, and store housekeeping
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, OSR, and loss prevention
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers
Complete all closing and opening procedures to company standards;
Key holders must take full responsibility and ownership of having a key present during all scheduled shifts
Comply with the Company's Time and Attendance policy and procedures

Demonstrate high level of quality of work, attendance and appearance
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures and Safety Regulations
Adhere to local, state and federal employment laws
Work varied hours/days to meet the needs of the business
Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
Travel up to 10% of scheduled shifts
Any additional duties assigned by Management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead the stores staff; lead, guide and coach team to accomplish common goals
Provides coaching, direction, develops and empowers store staff
EDUCATION/
Experience:
1-2 Years of retail leadership experience
High School or GED equivalent
Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports
Must be able to see, hear and speak in order to communicate with employees and other customers
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Manual dexterity required using hands to finger; handle, feel and type; reach with hands and arms
Moderate: Mostly standing, walking, bending, frequent lifting

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
