Manufacturing Customer Care Representative:
Major manufacturing company in Goodlettsville area seeks experienced customer care representative with prior experience in manufacturing environment. Will receive and process customer orders, verifying price and availability; answer inquiries and provide quotes; prepare and handle return authorizations, compose correspondence, communicate with customers, sales reps and technicians. Maintain customer / distributor database. Trace lost shipments. Expedite rush orders and communicates delivery dates. Analyze sales data, trends and markets.
This is a Direct Hire position (NOT Temp or Temp to Hire).
Minimum 2 years previous office experience, preferably in a Customer Service environment including direct contact with customers. Experience with proactive marketing analysis and techniques preferred. Microsoft Word and Excel experience necessary.
Need excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to assist customers, work under pressure and handle the occasional irate caller.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Goodlettsville, TN
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
